There are undoubtedly many people you know that suffer from or know someone who struggles with diabetes and its complications. Diabetes affects 23.6 million Americans, including the 550,000 in North Texas, and is the fifth leading cause of death by disease in America. Diabetes is a chronic disease that has no cure. There are 5.7 million people that do not know they have it and 1 out of 3 children born today will develop diabetes within their lifetime. Diabetes has become an epidemic in our nation. Join us now and encourage your team to participate in the DFW Tour de Cure to help find a cure for this disease so we can reverse the trend and protect not only ourselves, but the ones we love.

If possible, I'd love the opportunity to come talk to you and your team about the DFW Tour de Cure - who do I need to talk to get this scheduled? Also, is this something that you could put on your calendar and/or in your regular team emails?

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Warmest regards,
Britt (:
