[RBENT] Parallel lists

Bob, why don't we just set the rbent at lists.bobcatos.com member ID to receive
no emails?  Would that fix it?

I fired up the Google Group just to have something operable during the
Spinnerbaker forum downtime -- I agree having multiple sites is a bad
thing.  I was anticipating taking everybody back to "no mail" once Bud's
site is working again.
