[RBENT] RBENT web site

Well the new/old/resurrected RBENT site is up at
http://www.rbent.net.  Well sort of.  It's there, but it's not right.
I need to fix a _lot_ of stuff - something I'll do in my (abundant)
spare time.  Unless, of course, one of you has more time and
sufficient inclination and talent.  My intention is to

- Remove the link to Yahoo.

- Convert from frames to server-side includes.

- Add a place to upload photos, maps, other interesting information.

- Set it up for easy search engine indexing.
